Client Associate Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with customers via phone, mail, and in-person meetings.
  • Handle client enquiries and concerns, and assess priority issues.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the software and its features and recommend steps to optimize it.
  • Incorporating user input to suggest new modules and features to serve the client better.
  • Help the organization find alternative usages and applications of the existing software and newer versions with major tweaks and find alternative market segments outside the current market. .
  • Overall responsibility for the usage of the modules by the users.
  • Overlap of the Job responsibilities with that of a Business Analyst.
  • Deep-dive into multiple reports and data points to understand the user perspective and brief developers accordingly.
  • Job on a laptop and a basic data entry and coordination with school staff.
  • Responsible job and requires the person to take the initiative and understand the software and explain it to users and also train them
  • Involving school associates and backend staff from our team to complete the school/client data upload in strict timelines
  • Also, take feedback from the user and help us improve the software by passing it on to the developers.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field..
