1. We have a secure and hassle-free payment gateway in place. Our users are primarily school parents who engage with our payment gateway for exclusive use to pay school fees for their ward.

We are merely a platform that provides the schools with a payment solution.There are incredibly scarce instances where a parent would require a refund of the fee payment made to the school through our platform. However, we offer refunds and cancellations based on certain conditions if you request the same within 2 Days of Payment, subject to the school's approval for which the fee is paid.
  3. However, there is one instance where we are open to a refund. This instance arises due to technical issues where a parent pays the same invoice twice. This double payment usually happens because of poor internet connection where the parent makes another payment while the previous payment is still under process.
  4. In such cases alone, we give the parent the option to seek a refund subject to the necessary transaction costs payable to the payment gateway.
  5. The other option is allowing parents to settle their ward's upcoming fees invoices against the payment. This option helps parents avoid the loss due to transaction costs that would have adversely impacted their refunds.

  7. We do not offer any refunds; however, we offer refunds in exceptional cases such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations, and other inaccurate payment deductions where the payee faces excessive loss.
  8. All refunds will only be made to the same account or card from which the payments were made.
  9. Refunds will only be processed after a thorough verification process related to the account holder's credentials.
  10. We do not entertain any cheques or cash refunds. We only offer online refunds. Any extra charges borne by the customer such as bank transaction fees, service fees or processing fees will not be refunded.
  11. We do not entertain multiple return requests for the same order. Customers requesting multiple refunds may be blocked from accessing our website. We do not pay any interest on refunds.
  12. We will not be held responsible if the customer fails to receive our communication due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.
  13. We do not entertain refunds for any registrations made during discounted or promotional campaigns.
  14. Customers should produce valid documentation, including a valid invoice, to claim a refund.

While we have taken utmost care to ensure that our payment gateway is secure, we do not guarantee or represent that using our services will not result in unauthorized data use or theft of data online. We use the services of a third-party payment service provider for our online payment gateway.

Our payment service provider and we do not assume any liability for any type of damage, monetary or otherwise, that a customer may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption or failure of information transmission during payment. Chargebacks will be made to the customer only if we fail to provide our services for any reason whatsoever after receiving payment.
