Sr Manager Client Operations

  • 1.Responsible for smooth operations across clients across India & abroad by assigning appropriate operations resources to the tasks
  • 2. Identifying the top IT-related development requirements for clients & help in prioritizing the IT resource allocation to meet the respective client deadlines in time
  • 3. Scheduling, conducting & leading client Demos for various software products for existing, New & prospective clients
  • 4. Organizing training and recruitment of client services associates across India
  • 5. Regularly interacting with the top management of the clients to ensure timely payments for the services rendered and also collect feedback and gauge satisfaction level on our services.
Product Role:
  • Participate in Product Development.
  • Product Testing / Features & Functionality testing/Bug Reporting.
  • Coordinating with IT team for debugging and New functionalities dev or modifications
  • Product Features Cataloguing / Product Manual preparation.
Marketing Campaign Design:
  • Generate Ideas for developing marketing campaigns.
  • Help brochure, mailers, fliers etc. development for new & existing products.
  • Inputs for Website & ppt development.
Knowledge & Skill required:
  • Good command of English will stand him in good stead
  • High proficient Communication skills to deal with the diverse team & clients
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent Team handling skills are a must given the job role.
  • Previous Understanding of Marketing attributes of services /SAAS will help.
  • Understanding essential attributes of Branding/Market segment etc. will help.
