Business Analyst

  • We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team.
  • You will work alongside other departments like operations, IT and report directly to the CEO.
Your main tasks will include:
  • Performing detailed requirements gathering (Client discussions).
  • Analysis.
  • Documenting processes.
  • Performing some user acceptance testing.

To succeed in this role, you should have natural analytical thinking and explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the current software (ERP) and relate to the business workflow and vice-versa.
  • Participate & proactively drive the improvement in the in-house software product/s to remain ahead of the competition.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Performing user acceptance testing and inputs for debugging the software before launching in the market or handing it over to the client.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining User-manuals and procedures.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies..
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management..
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users..
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an MBA
  • Previous experience in business analysis or a related field is desirable though not compulsory.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Fluent in English, Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • A knack for creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in applications, including Word, Excel, and power-point.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects is desirable.
